Four Hour or Eight Hour Training Programs
The standard four hour training program consists of 2 hours of classroom and 2 hours of simulation for each participant. The maximum number of participants per 4-hour program is 10 (5 in each group) and the learning always stays fresh. After every hour, the groups switch so the learning remains fresh and the retention levels stay as high as possible.
The program consists of defensive driving techniques, including the DriveWise 6 Star Approach to Defensive Driving. The program can be customized to address any key issues using your own risk mitigation data to improve any areas your fleet is struggling in.
The eight hour training program is structured in a similar fashion, just with an increase in time on the simulator and in the classroom.
